Board Member
In addition to co-leading two of America’s largest banks, Mike serves as a Director within Deloitte Services LP (Deloitte). In this role he manages the firm’s relationship with two Chicago-area based institutions. His primary focus is to understand the spectrum of issues facing his clients, provide solutions to these issues through the use of Deloitte’s vast resources, and help ensure the seamless delivery of high quality professional services. Additionally, within his role he helps manage cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Mike has worked with a variety of delivery teams for sales and service organization effectiveness projects, including customer research, training, measurement, and compensation. Most recently, he played a key role on several Deloitte banking regulatory and compliance projects.
At Deloitte, Mike serves as the lead facilitator for the firm’s branded client relationship management programs. Through these programs he works closely with many of the firm’s key account teams. He is well known, well liked, and also respected for his level of business acumen and ability to develop relationships within the business environment, as well as the local community.
His experience with direct client relationship management and sales organization effectiveness projects spans more than 25 years, including 14 years of service with Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mike was an officer with The Forum Corporation and a large systems sales representative with IBM.
Currently Mike resides in Evanston, IL with his family, and is an active Board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) – Illinois Chapter. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
