Diabetes Families Meet and Greet

Our next meet and greet will be a gathering of our families for a cookout! Kids can play; we can eat and get to know one another better. We are hoping to gather on Saturday, June 2. Please mark your calendars and plan to bring a dish to share! We will provide the rest.
